Who does the hernia & abdominoplasty surgery?

I just found out I have a incisional hernia that is quite large. I am only a little over 4 months post-op and have lost 54 # . I still have at least 100 # to go (started at 301, 5'2"). My RNY surgeon told me I would not get the hernia fixed for at least another year until I was done losing weight. He was in a hurry today and I did not get to ask him whether he does the hernia surgery and the abdominoplasty together. I am positive I will need the hanging stomach taken care of. It was bad before I even had surgery and it is getting worse as I am losing. Do you have a surgeon to fix the hernia and a plastic surgeon to do the abdominoplasty together in there? I only want to have surgery one more time. Or does one surgeon do both ? Thanks for any help, Kelly.
