I am looking for someone that had a revision, hernia repair and reconstructive surger

I am looking into having a revision done to lose the rest of my weight, but I wanted to know if a revision, hernia repair and reconstructive surgery on my abdomen done at the same time with cigna ppo as insurance. I live in Chicago and would drive 4 hours or less if I had to, please help
