What was the surgeon's fee?(his/her portion only)

If your surgeon is in a city of 250,000 or more and has at least 5 years experience doing OPEN RNY, then my question is for you. How much did your surgeon charge you or your insurance for his/her fee? Not including hospital charges, meds, assistants, etc. Just the surgeons fee. You don't have to mention the surgeons name if you don't want to but please include the city. A short answer is fine. Thanks in advance. :)
