Are there any support groups in the Morris County, NJ area?

I live in Morris County, NJ and am scheduled to have surgery next month (2/21). I want to do everything in my power to be successful at this, and I would love to find a support group to join in my area. I'd be willing to travel to surrounding counties. Does anyone know of nearby support groups? Or would anyone be willing to be an e-mail pal? Thanks!
