North Jersey support/Dr. Capella patients

Can anyone share with me their experiences with Dr. Capella's office in Ramsey? Initially I liked his office and all but I feel like the waiting is driving me crazy! Having had the consult in July, I called asking for progress with my insurance etc.. & they told me if approved they will get in touch with me.... How long was your wait? I do have a tentative surgery date in February, but maybe I'm just getting anxious. Are there any other support groups like his office offers? Thanks!
