How do I get motivated again???

I am currently 17 months post op, having lost approximately 191 lbs. I have about 35 lbs. to go, but I just can't seem to get motivated to reach goal! It's like I'm kind of "tired" of doing all the things necessary to lose weight. I have gone from working out 4 times/week to about 2 times/week now. Still maintaining my loss, but I sure would love to get to "goal" for once in my life! I KNOW what I need to do to get there (protein, low carbs, lots of water, exercise, etc.), but emotionally I'm just really tired of the weight loss game. Any ideas to motivate myself? Love you all!!!
