I've had 2 people tell me exclusion is gone

Hello everyone. I've had 2 people tell me that Anthem bc/bs blue preffered primary did away with there 18 month exclusion of dr supv weightloss efforts for pre auth. Does anyone know anything about it? I have searched high and low and can't find anything hard copy ust incase I'm denied. I even have a copy of the contract from my employer and it still st's the exclusion. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
