I am 16.5 months post-op and down 187 lbs...
My question is, I am REALLY trying to live a very low-carb lifestyle (i.e. under 30 grams per day). Problem is, my diet is SOOO boring. It's usually an egg for breakfast, tuna for lunch and a chef's salad for dinner. I really miss the variety that carbs gave me. Any ideas for adding that variety back in? Any low-carb bread mixes or supplements that will add variety? I'm getting bored and only have 30 lbs. to go!!!
