Anyone heard of
My hubby just got me the greatest book from the library called "Protein Power." It talks a lot about PCOS, hyperinsulimia and the problem with the food pyramid (i.e. low fat, high carb diets). This makes perfect sense to me, except that it wants you to SEVERELY limit your carbs, i.e. down to 30 grams. Is this dangerous at all? Anyone out there tried it? What were your results? It does seem to agree with the WLS way of life ...
