I have s few bumps on my breasts. They are under them and a few on the sides.

I also have a few of these bumps im my armpit area and a couple on my stomach. They look like little pimples, but at my last gyno appt. my Dr. said they are tiny staff infections and not to worry about them. Will these postpone surgery and if so how do I get rid of them? Sorry this is gross but I am wondering if I am the only one to have these? Any information on them would be great! Thanks, Cassy =)
