DID I just Dump?

Okay GANGGGGGGGG , do you always vomit when you Dump?? I have an episode tonight, that I did not get nauseus or vomit, but had ears ringing, felt like my stomach was on fire, sweats, and instant tired. Think that was dumping?? Thought I had to vomit to be one of the Dump Club Thanks Jeri
