Looking for a support group around Fremont Ne

I recently moved to Fremont Nebraska and am looking for a support group in or around this area if anyone knows of one please email me and let me know I came from Tulsa and that is where I had my surgery done and they had the best support groups and i miss them I appeciate any help Thanks So Much
