Does any one know of any support groups in the Orange County area

I am having my surgery on april 10th 2002 and I have been trying dutifuly to try to find a support group in the orange county area. for after my surgery. My surgen is 1.5 hours away. and though his support groups are great they only meet every few months in different areas. that are hard to get to . if anyone has any ideas please feel free to email me or post. and good luck to all
