I am 1 yr. post-op and my weight loss has slowed down to 3-4 lbs./mo.

I am sure this is partially my own fault, since I sometimes don't get in all my water or eat too many carbs. I try very hard with my exercise, though, and I am good about getting in my vitamins, protein and supplements. My question is, if I get more strict with myself and limit carbs, add more water, weight training, etc., is there hope that I can speed up my weight loss and get off this plateau? I have about 50 more lbs. I'd like to lose. I'd like to hear from all you long-term losers! Thanks. p.s. I've already lost more than 165 lbs. and am thrilled with this surgery, even if I never lose another ounce.
