Any tips on getting thru the puree stage on the road?

Help! I am scheduled for LAP RNY in early April, but will have to be gone for two weeks about one and half weeks after my surgery for my job. I can probably get thru the clear liquids phase no problem, but really need some ideas on how I can get thru the mush phase when I am living in a hotel and restaurants (ie Mangianos, the hotel, etc.) are my main option. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
