Has anyone else had odd abdominal pain?

I'm 11 months post-op and a few days ago I started having odd localized abdominal pain, in my lower right abdomen, along with nausea, a low-grade fever, . According to my doctor, it's not my gallbladder (too low), but he's not sure what it is. Ideas he had were possible appendicitis, ovarian cysts, or maybe endometriosis. Anybody else experienced something similar? Is it related to my surgery or hernia?
