Has anyone experienced an increase in genital yeast infections?

I am almost 7 months postop and have experienced 3 yeast infections in that time period and have another one right now. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it could be related to. I have only had one prior yeast infection in all of my 38 years. Any help would be appreciated.
