Anyone work at Giant Eagle and have their insurance cover WLS?

I have a friend whose husband works for Giant Eagle. Since our insurance doesn't cover WLS, she is wondering if her husbands will. I know this is a long shot- especially since I don't know the name of the insurance company yet. But just thought I'd throw this out here.
