How do you really count calories when you are taking in such a small amount of food
For instance, for breakfast I had 1 small poached egg, 1/2 slice of toaste, for lunch, I had 2 crackers with peanut butter on them, and for dinner I had about 3 bites of mac.and cheese. Then I had 1 tsp. of vanilla pudding to take my medicine with. I don't think that is very many calories but I could be wrong. How do you count calories down to the tsp.?
