Need to change PCP for post op care

My PCP is 80. He still makes housecalls. I love him to death but he knows nothing about this surgery. He will do what ever I think needs done, but I just don't know what kind of special care I need now that I'm post op. I don't really want to change PCP's, but I feel it would be in my best interest to do so. Anyone got any ideas for after care in the Delaware, or Columbus Ohio area?
