Has anyone used Sierra Choices Health Plan of NV for coverage of their surgery?

I have been in contact with one man who used this insurance company and had his surgery. I called the insurance company and was told there is an exclusion which states that they will not cover "Gastric Ballon" or "Any Weight Loss Reduction Surgery due to Morbid Obesity" any ideas?
