Need help with the process, can you help?

Hello all! I am wanting (and needing) to have the Gastric bypass surgery, I am about 115#'s overweight with some minor comortalities. I would like someone(s) to help me get the ball rolling correctly so I don't make mistakes, and maybe I can avoid a denial. I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
