Recently had upper GI and it showed the pouch size to be large?

I'm about 3 months post op from open RNY. I did not have my stomach transected, only stapled with four rows of staples. I have been able to eat quite a bit of food at one time and do not feel full, so I went and had an upper GI and the results are all in centimeters, which are as follows: The overall sac size measures 8.5 cm in width, 11.4 cm AP by 10 cm craniocaudad (from top to bottom). Does anyone know if the pouch size really is too large? What size should a fairly new pouch be? I have an appt next week with surgeon, but would really like to know something now. Anyone know? Thanks. The report also stated that the proximal sac of the stomach to be largely distended.
