What are some good exercise videos post op?

I'm still pre-op but should have a surgery date by the middle of next week and I was wondering what are some good exercise videos to have post op. I know that walking is basically the only thing you can do immediately post op but are there any videos for that? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated also..where to get them. Thank you so much!
