Employers health through humana & past history of cancer

just wondering if anyone with this insurance in wisconsin or anywhere else has had a hard time with insurance? I'm asking for my mother. She is also 5 years cancer free in august (breast cancer). Wondering if anyone else was 55yrs old past history of cancer and still able to have surgery? Sorry the question was so long. Thank you.
