HELP I need a PCP that is WLS surgery friendly in Dallas, TX area

I need a wls surgery friendly PCP in the Dallas area SOON> I will have insurance as of 3-1-01 but must have a referral to the surgeon. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Laura
