Have anyone had difficulty with Dr. Anez' staff in Fairfax Virginia?

It appears the doctor's staff has not submitted my info in a timely manner. After being told that it takes 2 weeks to get an answer from my insurance company, I was told after a whole week that my paperwork had not even been submitted in the first place. Please advise. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
