Has anyone been approved using this insurance? PHCS/Reliastar

I have Reliastar which is an insurance company under the PHCS Group. PHCS is made up of 30 or more insurance companies. I have seen some of these listed on this site with folks being approved for WLS. I haven't seen any from Reliastar. Does anyone know if they appove the surgery. Also would anyone have any idea if one of the carries under the group does that that mean all of the carries would? Thanks for your help and support.
