Can anyone give me any info regarding a Dr. Charles Baum?

I found that my insurance will approve me, but I have to go to The University Of Illinois at Chicago Obesity Clinic. The Dr. is Dr. Charles Baum. I cannot find anything on either the clinic or him in the internet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
