How much does it take to stretch the

I am just about 6 weeks post-op and I was just wondering how much or how many times of eating too much would it take to stretch out the pouch, therefore making the surgery useless? I have just now begun to eat soft-normal food and I felt over-full once or twice. I am worried I will ruin everything. I will definitely be more careful from now on. Please help.
