7 months post op - back pain

I am 7 months post op - down 118 lbs - I had upper left sided back pain at 2-3 months and this subsided - For the last month this pain has re-occurred - There is burning, itching associated with this pain - no visible signs of reddness on the skin at this site - could I have adhesions from my surgery - It seems that it is more difficult to maintain posture than it used to be - Thanks
