Okay, I just need to hear it from.....
someone else. I started working out 3 wks ago and I know my weight will go up or stay the same for awhile due to muscle mass BUT when does the weight start to drop off? I am in no hurry just curious. I work out about 5 days a week, drink my water and my protein, etc. I just want to hear other people's experiences. Thanks sooooo much!
