Am I able to eat to much?

Hey, I need some help. My sister is 9 days out and is doing great. However, today we have notice that she seems to be able to consume to her alot of food at one sitting. We went to Wendy's and she was able to eat a small chili with no problems. Is this normal??? She is afraid that her pouch is to big or the surgery's not going to work for her. PLEASE GIVE ANY ADVICE..... Thank you Sherrie
