How do i go about finding a Physician that is wls supportive. I have Kaiser NW

My physician is apprehensive about me exploring this surgery. I have researched it and my bmi is 50 and i think i will benefit from this surgery. I am afraid he will not give me a referral. How do i seek out a Kaiser NW physician that is supportive of this wls?
