can anyone tell me what the qualifications are for having a Tummy tuck vs Panniculect

I see so many post ops saying they are having a tummy tuck, but my Plastic surgeon says I was approved for a panniculectomy (circum) I have a pre-op visit with him on Wednesday coming, so if I need to ask him to request for an Abdominalpsy I will. I have had back pain for a few years now and since my 85 lbs weightloss I have been having infections under my panni and breast. Which causes me not to be able to walk or exercise properly. But i think my surgeon just asked for a Panniculetomy to get rid of the excess skin on the bottom of stomach not the top. But he will tighten my muscles he says...
