I don't know if this is dumping, stricture or just sick. Help

I was 2 weeks post op tue. This morning I got up felt great walked for 30 min., pulled weeds. When I came in I drank 20ozs of water, I had not eaten breakfast. As soon as I finished the water I got so sick. I have not thrown up at all until today and nothing came up not even the water I had just drank. It was just diareah and dry heaves, I thought I would die and almost wanted to. What was that? I took 2 rolaids and had some chicken broth and feel so much better now but I am worried that since the water did not come up that maybe it did not get into my stomach and maybe I have some blockage. Please help
