5 months plateau??? Any quick weight loss tips or diet suggestions???

I am 1yr and 6 months post op (open RNY). Day of surgery i weighed 394, now as of today. I weigh 310, and have been 310 since June. If any has any quick weight loss remidies please help. I am getting so discouraged... I need to lose at least another 100 pounds,and some people lose over 100 in only 6 months.I need yur feedback, folks. HELPPPPPP!!!!
