Problems with numbness and tingling in arms and legs??

after 1 yr post op(RNY). I have suddenly developed numbness and tingling in my left arm. After about 2 weeks the same symptoms went to both of my legs. It would start as soon as i start walking. I am currently seeing a neorologist, she is telling me that she thinks that this could be caused by nerve damaged from a B-12 defiecency,or some other spinal problems, which I am sceduled to go for a MRI to find if it is a spinal problem.Has anyone else out there experienced this or now of someone that has.
