Does anyone get pains in their stomachs that resemble stomach aches?

I am 9 weeks post op and have been getting pains in my stomach like I was 5 years old. I have been having problems getting in my water because of this. I am eating all my protein and have started walking this week. However, the stomach aches seem to be keeping me down. What's up with this?
