Has anyone had a tummy tuck approved by BC/BS in Mobile Alabama

I am interested in having the surgery done since my surgeon suggested it at my 10 month post-op visit. He didn't look at my belly, so it there a standard that Bc/BS will be asking for and how long will it take to get approved?
