What do you eat in a typical day if you have had VBG?

Hi I had a VBG on Feb 11,2002. I would like to talk to people who have had a vbg. Also a few questions. How much can you guys eat? Like a Lean Cuisine dinner(how much of it). What about drinking after you eat, how long do you wait before you drink? Can you give me examples of a typical meal....Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I know everyone is different but i don't want to over do it. Thank you!!!! Jasmine
