I had LAP RNY on 9/21/01. I have lost over 70 lbs. so far. Start BMI was 43. Here
is what I ate today. Breakfast protein drink, snack 1 oz. cheese, Lunch 3/4 container of sf/ff yogurt, 4 crackers, and one american single slice of cheese, dinner 10 small shrimp, snack sugar free popcicle. Does this sound about right, or is it too much? Thanks!!!
