Why am I dizzy at 6 months post op?

I am 6 months post op and got extrememely dizzy yesterday at work. I mean to the point of holding on to my chair to keep me in it. I have never had this happen before. My DH thinks maybe I am losing weight too quick after this long as I have lost 5 pounds this week. It took me a hour to recover and then all day, I was exhausted. Any ideas??
