Has anyone had a surgery through Neweigh in Houston?

I want to have my revision with Dr. Jayakumar through Neweigh in Houston, TX. Does anyone know which hospital they do their surgeries at? I'm having testing at Bellaire Medical Center. Is this where the surgery is done or is it at Bayou City Medical on Bellaire? Also, if you have any info about this Dr., please respond. Thanks for the help!
