What do you do if you don't have insurance?

I don't have insurance, and I was just wondering if there's a special company that deals with just the WLS? I am 20 years old and 280 lbs! I don't like who I am on the inside and outside. I know some poeple who have had the surgery done before and I've been thinking that the surgery is the right thing for me to do. If anyone could help me with the information about the insurance that would be great.
