I am 10 months post op and the lasy few weeks I have been getting terrible sharp pain

in my tummy and all around. Thenn I get this bloating feeling the pain lasts up to 2 hours and then I feel wiped out... Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this before. I also do not have my gallbladder they removed that 11 years ago. I could use some inf.... Thanks :0)
