Does soy slow down weight loss?
I read in today's Q and A board that soy based foods can slow down weight loss by interfering with thyroid function. HELP...I drink 3-4 Carb Solution shakes (soy based) a day and have noticed dramatic slowing in my weight loss. I thought it was because I'm a year out from surgery. I'm walking 1 1/2 -2 miles a day and getting about 64 ounces of fluids daily. Could this amount of soy be causing a problem?
