Any one received approval for DS from Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of PA

I was recently denied for my DS from Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of PA for experimental/investigational reasons. I plan on appealing but wanted to know if anyone had received approval from this specific company. Any information will be helpful. Thank you in advance!
