I need a PCP in Oakland that is fimilar with WLS

Just moved to Oakland and my PCP in San Francisco. I hate traveling to SF to see her. I'm looking for a good PCP that is fimilar with WLS. I'm 15 months out and only need the PCP for labs and such. Thanks for your help!
