Any one have dents in body , that seem to have no tissue underneath?

i am 18 mo post op and @ goal wt. i recently noticed a large "dent" at the top of my buttox. it feels like there is no tissue underneath it. i asked an ob Dr. to look at it and he said w/ my lg amount of weight loss it could be that I lost a pocket of cellulite. it really has me scared. it is very noticable and i am worried that something is bad wrong w/ me or i am just deformed now. please let me know if any of you have had anything similar. thank you
